Any idea how to actually talk to a human at o2? Phone cuts me off when I try, app is saying no one available! But quick enough to send texts emails and notifications the app saying my bill hasn’t been paid when it has!!

or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You’ve cut my phone off when I’ve paid my bill, same issue as last month when I was promised it would get sorted now you have left me with not being able to make or receive calls when I have a child in the house and have to wait until my husband gets home to ring you!!! Will be making a formal complaint

HI, I've been trying to call O2 for the last 4 weeks and keep getting cut off or put on hold for ages.  I want to cancel my contract and question my bill as I've been charged for sending photos, which I never do.  How do I speak to a human?
