Why is is that when you try and call O2 via the 202 number its just automated trying to speak to a real person and they keep refering you to the My o2 app. what the point when you cant even get to that stage and there is no one on the other end of the phone and then you keep getting the stupid message about visit the my o2 app. vicious cycle.

CALL me back if anyone at o2 see this.

Kind Regards

Mehul

@Mehul This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service. No one will call you.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
