Switch-Up Question

Hello,

Regarding the O2 switch-up, if I were to use it. Does it automatically pay off the remaining device plan?

If so could I then switch to a cheaper device, and clear off the outstanding credit meaning I can terminate the contract for a cheaper amount - than is currently stated as the settlement amount?

On the contrary, does the settlement amount stay the same regardless of if you use switch-up to change devices

Kindly,

Zac

Yes, it pays off the device plan and yes, you can switch to a cheaper device.

Guide: Introducing O2 Switch Up. Swap phones whenever you want!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
