Hi

I’ve got 2 numbers on my account and have asked to transfer the number from one over to the other so then it will be cancelled and I’ll just have the one account.

They said it was being processed and is going to take 24 hours to do but I’m nearing the 24 hours and nothing has updated yet.

Is this a manual thing that will be done soon or do you think there is something wrong if it’s taking this long?

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.
