Stolen phone replacement

My phone was snatched out of my hands on the way to work yesterday morning. 

I called the police, 4 hours later, got the crime reference number and then was able to submit my insurance claim to o2.

 

I am really in a state over this, not only the fact that being robbed at 11am by farringdon station on Tuesday, on my way to work, isn't ideal but I am flyimg out next week! So I desperately need a phone to take with me whilst travelling, I've got over 2 weeks away time coming up and I am so scared that o2's insurance claim turnaround time is going to be long. 

 

Has anyone had experience with submititng a claim online to their email and wait time they had for replacement phone? ALSO, did you still get the same model?

Only ever had to make one claim and an exact replacement was provided within 48 hours.
