Ok so on the contact us section, where is the option to contact O2 by email?
On the complaints page it even says
"Our service teams are in the best position to deal with your complaint and should be the first people you contact. You can contact them by phone, letter or email. You can do this by clicking here"
When you click on the "here" you are taken to the contact us section, Here, the options are:
Now none of those have an "email us" option. Why say you can email them when you can't! I hate this website so much!
