Split port issue

Hi,

 

I took out a new o2 contract on 20th Jan 22. I requested my PAC from iD Mobile and the port for some reason was scheduled to take place on 31st Jan. On the day, I lost service and rebooted several times as instructed. 

Since then, I can make and receive calls and I can send SMS texts. I cannot, however, receive SMS texts. 

 

My number still shows in the iD Mobile app.

 

I've been in touch with customer services countless times, done troubleshooting on my device, even wiped it and reset to default, and have had a new SIM sent to me, which screwed me over as it was sent provisioned which barred my current SIM. I had no phone for 2 days. I've been to my local o2 shop 3 times also, they've been in touch with a "tech team" who assured me that it would be resolved within 24 hours. That was 4th Feb, today is the 6th and still no joy. 

 

I'm so frustrated I'm thinking of cancelling my contract completely and going elsewhere. I'm paying for a service that just isn't working.

 

I've seen that plenty of other customers have had this issue and kind people on this forum have resolved it. So this is my plan for assistance as I'm reaching the end of my tether with this.
