Good morning,

Anyone know how much is it possible to spend on your monthly tariff for any purchase over your phone number?

I'm trying to purchase something from PS Store using my phone number to buy a game which cost 89£, so the amount could go on my monthly tariff bill but seems like I can't do it. PS Store throws an error. But when I bought something else for 8£, was no issues at all. I believe that's something to do with O2 spend cap but when I got a contract with O2, I haven't set any spend cap on my account.

Most charge to mobile limits are set to £30 per month.

You'll need to ask O2 if you want to increase it which they can do based on your account status.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
