Just a thought, if you did send a text which included emoji's then it would convert to MMS. Then it wouldn't be a spam message.

Hi @Gilly1 , it's been a few days since you posted, but I came across your topic here and wanted to check internally about the message you queried about. @Cleoriff was correct above - it does look like a genuine message from O2. It triggers when you send a MMS when you don't normally do that. The link should deep-link into My O2 to take you to the specific page with the info for the message.
