I have been trying to activate this bolt on for few hours now, has it been removed/stopped?

It's a new one on me so maybe it's not fully running yet, did you follow the instructions as here:

 

  1. You can purchase the Web Snack 1GB Bolt On which gives you an additional allowance of 1GB of UK data for £10 valid for 31 days.
  2. You can purchase the Web Snack 1GB Bolt On by sending WEBSNACK1GB to 21300.
  3. The 1GB allowance you receive from the Web Snack 1GB Bolt On will expire at midnight 31 days after the day on which you purchase the Bolt On.
  4. You can purchase multiple Web Snack 1GB Bolt Ons if you already have the Bolt On. Each time you purchase the Web Snack 1GB Bolt On, an additional 1GB of UK data will be added to any remaining allowance from your previous purchase(s) of the Bolt On and the Bolt On will expire 31 days after the day on which you last purchased the Bolt On. Provided you have credit, you will be charged £10 each time the Web Snack 1GB Bolt On is successfully applied.

If this has not axctivated yet then I would suggest you contact Customer Services to have it checked on your account.
