Something of a pickle!

Hi, I'm new grin

Ok... So I topped up £30 to have £15 credit as it automatically purchased the £15 bundle after my second £10 top up!!!...

I needed the £15 credit to just submit an unlock iPhone request, that's done. It says I'll get a text in 14 days.... Fine.

My 1st question is, when will the £15 be taken for the unlock? Now? or when I get the text?

My balance still reads £15 now.... Ok so, because I have the £15 bundle I guess the balance will stay £15 as long as I don't call non 01,02,03 numbers and not use over 200mins and other allowances in my bundle in next month?

.... In which case when will the £10 'virtual credit' come into play??
(Virtual credit for topping up before 18/3/15 as new PAYG customer)

Do I need to use my bundle THEN spend my £15 credit (that I need for the unlock) before it get my free extra 'virtual calling credit'??

Thanks!!

The virtual credit is used first, then your bundle allowance, then credit.

I thought the virtual credit could only be used for calls texts and data?

So the OP would need to use the £15 he put on by debit card as the funds to unlock his iPhone? Is it locked to o2?

I too thought this was a duplicate thread.

Great thanks. Is there anyway of keeping tabs on your virtual credit?

Any idea when the £15 gets taken for the iPhone unlock?
Thanks grin

No, but you'll know when your allowances start to drop.

When they process the request.
Thanks grin
