I have a smashed phone and an outstanding monthly contract.

I need to replace the phone. Do I buy a PAYG phone and use the existing SIM.

And how do I speak to O2 about it - no way to contact them online or by phone?

Thank you.

Yes, you can put your sim in any O2 or unlocked phone.

O2 phones here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

or check Amazon for a wider choice of unlocked phones.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
