Hi there,

Has anyone been having issues with their signal in general?? I have been with o2 for years and never had any issues until now! Done a sims swap on both mine and my fiancés phone, my fiancé went into apple on Monday because something was wrong with his sim read as that’s what we’ve been told by o2! He got a brand new phone from Apple and we are both still having the same issue! Slow signal, slow on internet, call drop outs. Everything with the call,data and messages is being really bad. Need some advice as I don’t know what more I can do!

I have already done everything and there is no issues in my area but my signal is literally terrible and I am not impressed at all.

@DonikaI can't say I have experienced any signal issues at all, there again I live in Warwickshire so we were probably ok
