But when I spoke to sales they said O2 texts would come out of my "extra" texts. The next person I spoke to said the same. I sent an email and got this reply :
I can see that the tariff you're interested is Online 15 Simplicity. According to your email you checked this tariff on our website and see that it includes O2 to O2 calls Bolt On and text Bolt on. however, when you called our sales team, the deal was different.
Let me take this opportunity and help you with the correct information. I've personally checked our website and can confirm that the Online simplicity deal includes the following allowance: - 300 minutes - 600 texts - here you get only one free O2 to O2 calls Bolt On.

and then this morning i was told it did?
I am currently on tmobile and was looking to moving 2 of us over to this plan, but Im not so sure now? Is this a case of misleading advertising, or just simple lack of information?
