I have followed the instructions to swap my sim but am still unable to make or receive phone calls. Can someone advise me on how to rectify this please. Thank you

You need to call customer service but swaps are taking ages right now Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Sim swaps and porting are running very slow. Keep rebooting your phone. If no joy then you need customer services Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
