I have just bought an iPhone mini 13 BUT I have not transferred the sim from my iPhone SE 16 which I am still using.
I ordered a 5g sim as I will need it but you have cut the service already which is annoying. Had you told me this when ordering I would have gone to an O2 shop. The new sim will have to be redirected from my registered address as I am not there currently and this will further delay delivery of the sim. I could be without a usable phone for several days.
PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT I SHOULD DO
