Hi when I upgrade to a sim only contract do I get a new sim with a new number or will m current sim just be updated?

Your current SIM is updated with the the tariff, but it is possible to request a new number too if required.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@RyanR Your current sim will just be updated. If you want a new number, O2 allows one free number change. You would need to call customer service for that.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
