Hi my SIM card just cut off randomly one day can’t get any signal or nothing but my bills were all up to date so I’ve rang o2 and they said there’s either a fault with my phone or fault with the sim. I got a replacement phone but it was still the same problem only I can’t download anything on my phone or use it as I need a verification code sent to my number which I do not have access too.  Rang o2 again and got a replacement sim. Still nothing will work but I have got a pay as you go sim and there’s no problems with that one so it’s not the phone at all

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
