Hello!
I received my S20 Ultra yesterday, and am loving it so far. However, there's just one downside to it. The sim card that came with it is coming up as not provisioned.
I read that Customer Service would be able to sort the issue out, but due to the virus, the call center is only open to deal with phones who have been lost or stolen.
Is there anyway I may be able to contact them about this issue as I want to start using the S20 constantly but I can't due to that issue.

If this was an upgrade just use your old sim for now and swap to the 5g one later when it's quieter.
