Hi,

I have been with O2 for years(and years!) and since i now need to travel between France and the UK for work, i would like to unlock an old O2 device to use it while in France.(there are phone numbers in France that can only be called from a French number, especially for government services).

I have inserted a French sim card and it says that the sim card is locked.

Can anyone please help me unlock it?

Thank you.

Bouchra.
