@benfield90 SMS is usually the last function to swap over. Keep rebooting your phone.

Thanks @Bambino .  It just keeps saying "Sim not allowed".  I'll keep rebooting it.

@benfield90

Should be working by now so I'd probably call O2 to check all is OK on the system.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Ok so someone was taking me through the network reset process, which of course cut our call.  I now cannot even use the voice...  It says "Not registered on Network"...

It's sounding a lot like a faulty sim tbh @benfield90

I'll ask @O2Waqas to look into it for you.

Thanks for @O2Waqas who finally managed to figure out the problem, which turned out to be caused by O2 sending me a new phone that had already been locked for some reason.  I'm now waiting for it to be unlocked..

Thanks again for taking the time to help and call me to explain.
