Hi I would like to change my sim only deal to the Black Friday £20 deal for 164GB & unlimited texts & calls? How do I do this?

The only way to do this is take out a new sim only, and ask o2 to transfer the number across to the new simcard /contract, you will be liable to any termination charges on the old sim only deal.

Check if you can upgrade in your MyO2.
