I'm already a pay and go customer but I ordered a pay monthly phone on the internet the phone has come but I haven't got a sim card with it.. will I get a new sim card come in the post or not and when as I cant use my phone without it.. it tells me my number on my account on the internet but I haven't actually got the sim..

Odd that it's missing, the quickest way is to go to an O2 shop and they should be able to get you up and running straightaway.

Failing that call O2 and tell them what's happened.

Check the packaging carefully as you should have received a sim card with the phone.

Although if you have.. it could be the wrong one as O2 have a habit of just sending nano sims out at present.....for some strange reason

You should always be supplied a new sim when changing from P&G to monthly contract irrespective of getting a new phone.

@jonsie is correct, normally the person that's dealing with you will ask you what sim you have if you get a new phone
