I havent received my second sim card and still being charged, what department do I contact to cancel the second sim and get refund?

@ShaneDB82 Getting through to customer service at this time of day will entail a long wait on hold, due to the current circumstances. You'd be better off trying to call first thing tomorrow, 8-8.30 am. Much more chance of getting through.
