My signal is very very poor in and around the trafford area. I can not make calls or send txt. I use my phone for work purposes and it’s causing my lots of issues…… this has been going on for well over 2 weeks now. I’ve lodged many issue reports and it’s still the same?? Is this going to be sorted soon?? I’m not happy that I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving……

I would think the recent storms have created major problems with the masts.

Check this guide Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?  and this one Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? There's no point ringing O2 really as they never give verbal info on when masts will be fixed and things are back to normal. Just keep reporting it via the My Network app.
