I am getting really frustrated with the lack of signal I am getting! At work it’s getting worse and I really need my phone for work. Why is the signal so bad when I am at work. I can’t use Wi-Fi as it always says I have no signal. So I’m forever suing my data. When I need it most it’s poor. Why? I often have to wait until I leave work before I can use most apps.

Your WiFi issues are nothing to do with O2 I'm afraid. You need to investigate your phone and router settings to fix that.
