Have you tried the sim card in a different handset?

If you get the same issue I would recommend in the first instance getting a new sim card and seeing if this helps.

If you dont then it sounds like a faulty handset, so might be worth speaking to Huawei Support,

https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/support/warranty-query/

o2 can be contacted on 202 or 0844 809 0202

when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@Huh_u_exist

Check for local network issues here https://status.o2.co.uk/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Did you resolve the issue with your phone? I've had my Huawei p30 pro now for about 6months and I'm getting the same Issues with my network but only at my home address.
