Anyone know how to get data from one line to another? I’m owner of both accounts

@jonsie is right, you need to be on a sharer plan. If both of your lines have thier own individual data allowances they arent set up as sharers and you wont be able to share data. 

You can turn on the personal hotspot setting on your handset to enable other handsets to connect to your device like they would when connecting to wifi. Alternatively if you need more data you can add a one off bolt on by calling 2202 or through the My O2 app via manage your account- view your bolt ons - buy bolt on. You can also change your tariff by selecting the view or change your tariff option also under manage your account. Guide: How-to guide for My O2 Guide: My O2 - Bolt-ons
