Do you meet the following criteria?

https://www.o2.co.uk/sharer-plans

If so then you need to call O2

All numbers are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

The other phones that you want to share with need to be on a specific tariff.

This can only be done by upgrading or recontracting, which will mean having to pay off what is owed on those contracts and start a new one.

Details here Guide: How to Share Data on O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
