I have a Galaxy S10+. Only owned it for a few months but every time the phone puts up a message on screen, such as "1 email deleted", this message will not disapear unless you re-set the phone. Is the phone faulty, what can be done to fix this very annoying issue.

I would recommend a full factory reset of the device, as it sounds like the notification service on the S10+ isnt clearing down.

If that doesnt work, then I would contact Samsung Support via their website at https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/livechat/
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@cjf2020

Have you tried swiping the message away or clearing it in the notification pull down menu?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
