Scam?

I've just had a phone call from someone saying they are from o2 and saying they are going to give me a 40% discount on my tariff for 12 months. All I have to do is click on the link in the text they will send me. Is this a scam?

Yes. 100% and clicking on that link will enable them to take over your account, change some details and order a phone 

Block the number and forward it to 7726
