I’ve just had a text message from +447340818136 stating that O2 are unable to process my bill. In order to avoid fees please update your payment information via: [link removed]

 

Is this a scam?

It's a well known scam.

Block the number and ignore.

Do not open any links.

Report the text by forwarding to 7726 (free).
