Hello ZoeBP, please do not make any payments through links you feel may not be legitimate, you can make payments by contacting customer services on 202 from your handset.

I know not to make any payments. I was merely stating that I've recieved a scam text. Thanks though.

Hi, I received the same text message from another unknown number claiming to be o2: (+44 7385 578640). I received the same message as ZoeBP. I did not follow the link asking me to update my payment information and I have blocked the number. Should I report this incident in any other way?

It's a well known scam
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
Don’t open any links or enter any information.
