I did upgrade on 31st of august and i have been offered £1 samsung earpods and now i have made numerous calls everytime they adviae me to wait 24 to 48 hrs for the code .what can i do to get my code.

You have to persevere with O2.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

They continually say itll 100% arrive within 48 hours then they go quiet, O2 are THIEVES!!
