Where is my code for my ear buds that I was promised when i took an s23 ultra out on contract in september 23. 6 months later numerous phone calls being told id recieve the code with in 5 days and told complaints have been escalated and still no further forward 6 months later.

Hi. I’ve seen a number of these messages which match my experience of trying to get my promised Galaxy Pro 2 Buds for £1. This has been going on since November and it feels like O2 are just trying to wear me down, until I give up. I don’t know if @dave-02 is the man to contact, and I’m reluctant to bother him, but he seems to be the only person who has had any success. How is this issue still unresolved for so many people ?
