hi,
Was anyone successful in claiming samsung ear buds for free when buying a new device?

I claimed my buds on the launch date 21st August and got an email today saying I am not eligible for it as the offer was available from 5th august to 20th August 2020.

Any advice what I can do.

You must have purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, S20+ 5G or S20 Ultra 5G from O2 between 2nd July and 5th August 2020.

Then wait at least 30 days from the date you purchased your eligible Samsung Galaxy S20 5G family device .
