Hi. Hoping someone can save my sanity 🙏

I've spent the last 2 hrs going round in circles with chat, then on hold for over half an hour, then cut off.... 

Can anyone advise current best SIM only deals? I've been out of contract since October but still being charged the same price.... I've been trying to sort this since October, and am about ready to jump ship.... anyone have a rope?
