Just received a new sim card replacement, from a micro to a nano, it appears not to be registered. Can't make or receive call, the online chat service is not available, any ideas please.

You need to sim swap from your old sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

@Haz08 See if you can pop out the nano sim from your current sim card.

If you're unable to do that you'll need to do a sim swap: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community

I've done a sim swap, down to a nano, I've tried re-inserting, re-starting but no look.

Have you followed the steps in the link to swap from your old sim?

Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

If so reboot the new sim until it comes online.

@Haz08 Just changing the sim doesn't do anything. You need to swap the details of your sim online as per the guide.

Text the word SWAP to 20220 from your old sim card.

You will get step by step instructions via text message.

I did that, spoke to a customer service agent who organised sending me the new sim but don't think it's been registered, when I received the delivery note it dosen't have any reference to my phone it's blank. wondering whether the agent should have registered at there end.

All new sims are blank.

You need to follow the advice given to activate it.
