SIM Swap when online facility is not working

I have a replacement O2 Pay Monthly SIM to activate but do not have the old one, so am unable to use the text service, and the online system is out of action. 

 

Which number can I call? The CS help line only has options for upgrades and leaving currently, so i keep getting booted out of the queue. 

 

Help please....my phone is dead!

Thank you....was on hold for an hour this morning but had to ring off to take a work meeting. Infuriating not knowing where you are in a queue...was I 2nd or 700th?! O2 are a Telecoms company....you'd think they could run a decent call handling service even in the current situation
