Hi

 

I am looking to renew to either a 12 or 18 month SIM Deal.

 

It states that after 3 months I can upgrade to a Anytime Upgrade plan - If this was needed before hand would just the 3 months of billing need to be paid or the full 18 months?

 

Also, can I change SIM plan for more data if it isn't enough?

Current customers who change from refresh to a sim only plan can change tariff once every month and upgrade to a new refresh tariff at anytime they wish.

The 3 month alignment only relates to new customers.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
