O2 what a disappointment when you order a new phone and their advert say have you phone 3 days before general release on their network.

They then say your phone is out of stock at the moment but we are working on it a week passes no sign of an email with expected delivery date.

And no update no information on when it can be expected.

O2 absolutely disgusting behaviour what a way to treat your regular customers.

Just a bit of contact would be nice with an expected delivery date.
