I am in Switzerland but My roaming is not working.

I am in Switzerland but my roaming has been not working. I hope I am not charged for this.

It should work as it does at home. You need to contact O2 to see if you have a Roaming bar applied to your account. All numbers here including Skype Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Try manually searching a different network

If you have an iphone @Kudzi1608  change the APN to  mobile.o2.co.uk

Thank you very much., I went to visit 02 store and it was Data problem.Still having Data Problems as its finishing in a few days but I am always using wifi at home and work, so I wonder why?
