I’m on holiday in the USA and have O2 Travel for my UK mobile. How do I dial a US number? Tried a couple of times using +1 etc but comes back as ‘Call failed’

@RC66

You need 4g calling enabled on your account to make calls in USA.

USA - Roaming with O2

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
