Hi

Im returning a new phone that arrived scratched.

I live in Norwich and as I don't want to pay for recorded delivery I was going to drop it in personally to the Communications House address on the Freepost bag I've received from o2.

However there doesn't appear to be an o2 office there? Can I leave it with the tech firm at that address??
Thx

No you have to return to the correct dept. It's also in you best interest to pay for recorded delivery in case of loss.

I'd advise you to get someone there to sign something to say you had hand delivered it to them.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
