Returned my Phone back to O2

Hi All,

 

I have upgraded my contract with O2 on 1st June and received my new Phone S10 Plus in few days but i have changed my mind and contacted O2 to return my phone. I have received a PrePrinted/PrePaid Envelop and i sent my phone back without even opening the original packing. I have used Royal Mail Special Delivery on 9th June. I can see Royal Mail delivered the Phone on 11th June before 1pm.

 

I have contacted O2 a number of times...

 

Initail i have been told that it will take 1-2 weeks before it loaded into there system. But yesterday when i called them they are saying they havn't received it and its not they responsiblity and its my responsibility to deliver them.

 

Don't know what to do now... royal mail saying they have delivered on 9th June with name/signiture and O2 is saying they have not received it...

 

Don't know whats going on... need help in this stituation.

@Sadiq You need to call O2 and talk to someone who knows what they're doing. If you have the Royal Mail tracking number and it shows as delivered, it's not your responsibility, it's O2's.

Try 0800 587 4005 first. Appears to get good results.
