Hi all,

I received my phone upgarde as an exisiting O2 customer and changed my tariff. I recived this yesterday. However I would like to return and cancel my upgrade, reverting back to my old phone and monthly tarrif.

However, when I try and register the return online there is no option apart from fixing my device.

How do you process a return?

Thanks

You will need to call o2 im afraid, as they need to cancel the Credit Agreement

Best time to call is around 8am on 202 or 0844 809 0202

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Hi @GS1

Yes you have to call to let O2 know you have changed your mind.
