Return an upgrade phone

I have just upgraded my wife's phone (to SE 3rd Generation from 6S Plus) and on receipt notice that it's much smaller than I realised and she will struggle typing on the new phone. It has come with a Sim but I haven't put that in yet to see exactly how small the keyboard will be as I don't want to invalidate being able to return it and opt for a bigger phone. Does anyone know if this is correct? If the keyboard is manageable then it will be fine but can't tell without putting in the Sim.

Any help gratefully received.

Many thanks.

If the old SIM works, or any SIM for that matter, you can use that to check.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Hi, @Ward. Just to add to @Enlli's great advice above, I believe you could also turn the phone on without a SIM and see the keyboard that way. I think you can increase the keyboard size on iPhones too.

Thanks for joining the community! Hope we've managed to help.
