Solved: Retroactively apply Bolt on?

Hi I had to make a call to the US a couple of days ago and didn't realize how expensive it would be. For a 27 minute call I was charged £80. Is it possible to do an international call Bolt on for this billing cycle to apply for that call?

Bolt ons become active when you take them out and are valid for a month so the answer is no.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
