I moved from EE at the start of April. Sent 02 PAC code on 2nd April, my existing number has still not transferred to my new 02 sim.

PAC code expires on Wed 29th April, in which case I'll have to start the process over again.

I have called customer services but get cut off as my query is not in relation to fraud or stolen items. Anyone any ideas?
