Does anyone know how I go about getting my mobile repaired after slight water damage please?

O2 repairs here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/returns-and-repairs

or you could try your phones manufacturer, however, water damage is usually not repairable (economically viable) so a new phone may be required.

The best you can do is try it in a bag of rice for a few days to see if it recovers.
